The most luxurious hot chocolate you will ever make — thick melted dark chocolate with cardamom, topped with pistachio whipped cream and crushed kunafa. Pure Dubai decadence in a mug.

The Most Luxurious Hot Chocolate You Will Ever MakeForget Swiss Miss. This Dubai-style hot chocolate is made with real melted chocolate, steamed milk, pistachio cream, and topped with kunafa crumbles. It is thick, rich, and absolutely decadent.## What Makes This SpecialThis is not your average hot cocoa. It is a sipping dessert — thick enough to coat a spoon, with layers of flavor from cardamom, real chocolate, and homemade pistachio cream.## Ingredients (Serves 2)### Hot Chocolate Base- 100g premium dark chocolate (60-70% cacao), finely chopped- 400ml whole milk (or oat milk for dairy-free)- 120ml heavy cream- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom- Pinch of cinnamon- Pinch of sea salt### Pistachio Cream Topping- 2 tablespoons pistachio cream- 60ml heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks- 1 teaspoon powdered sugar### Garnishes- 2 tablespoons crushed toasted kunafa- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios- Chocolate shavings- Mini marshmallows (optional)## Instructions### Step 1: Make the Hot Chocolate (10 minutes)1. Combine milk, cream, sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan2. Heat over medium until steaming (do not boil)3. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate4. Let sit 2 minutes, then whisk until completely smooth5. Return to low heat and stir for 2-3 minutes until thick and velvety6. Taste and adjust sweetness### Step 2: Make the Pistachio Whipped Cream (3 minutes)1. Fold pistachio cream and powdered sugar into whipped cream2. Mix gently until you get a light green, fluffy mixture3. Do not overmix — you want it light and airy### Step 3: Assemble1. Pour hot chocolate into two large mugs (warm them first with hot water)2. Top each with a generous dollop of pistachio whipped cream3. Sprinkle crushed kunafa over the cream4. Add chopped pistachios and chocolate shavings5. Serve immediately## Variations- White Chocolate Dubai: Use white chocolate instead of dark, add more pistachio cream- Spiced Dubai Mocha: Add 1 shot of espresso and a pinch of cayenne pepper- Iced Dubai Chocolate: Let base cool, pour over ice, top with cold pistachio cream- Vegan Version: Use oat milk, coconut cream, and dairy-free chocolate## Pro Tips- Chop chocolate finely for faster, smoother melting- Do not boil the milk — it can scorch and develop a skin- Warm your mugs with hot water first to keep the drink hot longer- Make it ahead: The base can be refrigerated and reheated gently## Nutrition Facts (Per Serving)| Nutrient | Amount ||----------|--------|| Calories | 520 || Fat | 36g || Carbs | 42g || Protein | 10g |Serves 2.
