How We Test Our Recipes
Every recipe published on Dubai Chocolate Lab has been tested at least three times in a real home kitchen.
Our Standards

How We Score Recipes
Flavor Authenticity (35%) — Does it taste like the real thing? Texture Accuracy (25%) — Crisp knafe, molten center, appropriate sweetness. Difficulty vs. Result (25%) — Is the effort proportional to the outcome? Repeatability (15%) — Will a home cook get consistent results?
